Just broken in at 4500. What track length? Really BCIL 5 grand for a 10??? MY neighbor just bought a 10 163 sno pro with 1400 miles for 6500. Thought that was a steal.

I think cost is high also.there are HO around my parts with less mi for that money
but the Mi is not high.
My bud has a 09 M8 with over 10k on it mid season last yr 1 top end.
I know he prob put a ez 2k more on it last season after I saw it.he is a guide in da UP and piss pounds his sleds hard. prob the top 3 riders I know

Where do you live. Here in mn there are 10s for $5500-6000. And there are even a few 12s for $6500

So much depends on location and condition... around here sleds tend to be more beat, and cheaper. I think a good 10 in good condition should be less than 6500... just sold a 12 in great shape with 2.5 track, rarrowed front, and 1k miles for 6900 a few weeks ago... took me 9 m9nths to get that.

You guys are nuts if you're paying those prices for a sled with 5k miles. Absolutely nuts. The motor will go way longer but there are other concerns with a 5k sled.
Still... those are asking prices, not selling prices. Here in CO, WY, UT check CL... totally different game. A sled like that one with the monster stickers would be selling for 4500 or so. Sold my 11 last year with 3800 on it for 4500.

Like people always say, it's worth what someone will pay, but I see a lot come and go here and sleds lose their value FAST in the mountains.

Keep looking. Cat is like Polaris, both have new chassis that been out for 3-4 yrs, so everyone for last 2 yrs been trying to ditch the previous chassis to have new thing. If you look around and wait till winter is actually here, you should be able to find something.
