I did it to my '10 along with two wheel kit and made a huge difference for me. Well worth the $$$

The Skinz kit is fairly pricey compared to the SkiDoo kit. The SkiDoo kit comes with shortened HPG shocks too. I was fortunate enough to pick mine up used for a very reasonable price here on Snowest. I have the Float Evol R shock components as well which are a huge improvement from the stock/HPG option.

IMHO the 38 inch stance is plenty narrow. All you need is a better quality, more progressive shock and sway bar removed. My 154 sidehills great uphill, or downhill and I still have 40" Holz hillclimb front end!
