I have the Skinz 36" Concept Front suspension and I love it. Putting the sled on edge takes less effort and it is more balanced than before.

The Skinz kit is fairly pricey compared to the SkiDoo kit. The SkiDoo kit comes with shortened HPG shocks too. I was fortunate enough to pick mine up used for a very reasonable price here on Snowest. I have the Float Evol R shock components as well which are a huge improvement from the stock/HPG option.

IMHO the 38 inch stance is plenty narrow. All you need is a better quality, more progressive shock and sway bar removed. My 154 sidehills great uphill, or downhill and I still have 40" Holz hillclimb front end!
