It's that time of year again where the sleddin' itch starts to turn into a rash. I'm starting to look at all my sled rebuild projects with new vigor and am scouring through my older sled vids to get myself in the right frame of mind.
I had a chance to check out this years 'Sledheads 4' video produced by Taho Films as Thomas Opre's latest vid is always the first one I look to acquire. After watching this SH 4, I have to say fellas that this is exactly the type of DVD that once you put up on your TV, your eyes will be glued to the set.
It's that good.
Opre likes to go out there and find some extremely talented mountain riders and bring there story to the screen. Guys like Cody Borchers, Brett Turcotte (man can that guy fly), Aleksaander Noordgaard, Randy Swenson, Jared Sessions, Kristy Martin, and from his 'be extreme' contest - Shawn Dinner. There are others too including a little 12 yr old kid that can out jump most of you!!!!
If you don't know any of these riders, stand by. There's fantastic jumpin', back country drops, and lots of other little tricks that will give most of you something to try out this year. Oh yea - the music selection is also top notch. Guaranteed not to give you a headache like some of the other vids out there.
So, if you are in the market to pick even only one sled video this year, put 'Sledheads 4' on your short list. It will definitely not disappoint!
