fuel line for coolant line?

I made some extensions to the throttle body (5/16 fuel line) so I could replace throttle body easier. Doing some research it seems that eventually the line will deteriorate. I realize I will replace just wanting to know if I can run it this year and replace over the summer. Thanks

I can't imagine any short term issues at all. Idk about long term, but I think the little bypass hose that came with my thermo Bob kit for my bike is fuel line. I'll have to check.
