Some years ago was on a trip with a guy and on bad roads dumped his trailer on its side and put a hole in it. The trailer was some kind of seamless composite thing. Anyway he just put a gas door in where the hole was. That might be a cheap option dependig on where the hole is located.

The trailer is Aluminum and the hole is the size of a fist.

Get a sheet of Aluminum or just get a door for cheap. Either way off ebay you can get this for $10 bucks.

BUT with the door you don't have to paint and finish it .

Take a look at ebay 270391947504

The filler door is a great idea. I had a dent in my brand new trailer right beside the filler door, the place I got it from replaced the panel. Mine is an H+H with the seamless sides.
