Hi guys, coming from DooTalk, another who jump the river to AC

I'm checking if we have some interest before go with mass production.
I'm wondering if some of you are interest for a lightweight exhaust with ''on budget'' price.

By ''on budget'' , I'm not talking about cheap part or bad workmanship on your 13 000$ sled.

''Race Muffler''

-Round Magnaflow muffler, Straight-through design
-Laser cut flange
-All Stainless Steel construction
-Clean, Professionnaly Tig Welded
-Accurate shipping cost

Price around 250$.

Let me know what you think or suggestion, if you like 02 sensor bung for wideband, trail muffler, direct strait pipe design (no muffler that all) etc etc...

Not sure which category that would fall into, but that would be what I would look for......

The days of loud sleds for me is long since passed...........

My first main priority is the weight when I think about this project, but I read your comment and other on different forum, and I think people search a moderate sound and flowing exhaust.

I read the stock exhaust weight 19lbs, I assume the weight of the ''trail'' muffler would be 12lbs. 7lbs of weight reduction is enough or?

Try a proto and see what you can get it to with reliability......

My magnaflow that I am using is 6lbs. Should be under 8lbs when finished. So solid 10lb weight loss.

another nice one is the 10 series and outlaw from flowmaster.the 10series comes in 3'' 4'' 5'' lenghts.i plan on running the 3''lenght.just waiting for sleds to show up.i"m hopeing for 7 or 8 lbs.
