Yes will fit. interchangeable on axys and matryx. Only difference from your sled should be the 50t bottom gear and the 2208750 belt. So you would be gearing down form the 43t to the 50tooth, top gears are same.

Will you have clearance in the belly pan or will you have to modify the clearance

You have to slightly modify the bulkhead for the larger bottom gear to fit.
