Very little chat about the 19 800’s. Happy you waited? Reliability and build quality what you expected?

End of build cycle is always a good buy in any vehicle.. Snowmobile , PWC, automobile. It’s been tested, sold, verified, then refined in production. Unless you need the latest and greatest for racing the 800 will work fine for most people. Plus the new sleds are now depreciating $3000 per year.. yikes! Cheaper to rent from Burandt’s for 10 rides..
If the 850 is really a snow check only model again for 2020, how many more years will the 800 still be offered? And will it be BNG untill it fades away?
Lets see an 800 is how many $thousand less?? Add an SLP pipe and can drop 20 lbs. off the already lighter 800 and produce 170 HP. No brainer to me. Its also cool being the underdog.
I'm currently trying to decide if I should pull the trigger on a 2018 800 pro with the 163 2.6. The price is quite good. The 19 with the 850 sounds nice, but too much money for me.
I wouldn't think the 2018 will depreciate all that much in the first couple of years. Right now, new, they can be had for about $9600 in my area.
I must be over thinking it. I think the blown 850 thread has me running scared.
That’s a $5000 difference between 18’ and 19’. So that means if you ride 10 times it’s $500 a ride just to cover the depreciation. That’s sick dude!
