I may be in the market for a turbo Nytro, can anyone tell me if there is any difference in the nytros from the 2008 models to the 2013 models. I had a 2008 before and about the only problem I had with it was the oil tank sprung a leak and I had to get it welded up. Just not sure if I want to turbo a 153 or a 162 also.

If you are buying a modded sled then there really isn't much difference of note. The major difference occurred in 2010 when the new style tunnel and skid arrived. The 08/09 had the 38 inch front end which I prefer and the 2010 had the 40 inch. If you are turbo shopping most of that stuff will have likely been changed out by now anyways. Good luck with the hunt there are some great deals to be had.

Very little difference and as mention most of the parts have probably been swapped out. (for example on my 08 i have changed all the below parts)

Tunnel (rear section), reinforced subframe, floats, dif front end. Other wise pretty much the same.

Find the best deal and drive it.

You will want a 162 at least.

if you are talking stock the biggest difference was rear skid in 2008-2009.....extremely heavy. 2010 and up had a much better and lighter skid.

subframe was reinforced starting in 2009. and the oil tank was beefed up in 2009 also.
