DESS Switch

I bought a 2022 Ski doo Expert Turbo in October of 21 and still have not received the DESS switch .Called dealer on it 3 days ago and they said they would let me know.Who else is in this same situation

I haven’t had mine fixed either. When I called my dealer about it they were clueless.

Got ours fixed late March, they had parts in stock back then not sure about now with new units being built. I had to ask multiple times about getting it done, they didn't seem to want to be hassled with it mid season

They sure seem to want to make you continue to harass them on this.They said when I bought the sled they would follow up to make sure it was corrected.If I didn’t know better I would think this is a government operation.

It is a warranty item. Any dealer who is willing to do work on sleds purchased away from their dealership are able to get DESS on the 2022 models.

My dealer was happy to do it in April or May when they got the part and coded two tethers
