Coverting 174 to 155

I want to get my son on on a 155 or 163 next season. I was going to sell my 2017 174, and sled shop this summer, but i started kicking around the idea of converting the sled that i already have in the garage. My question is, is it as simple as finding some oem 155 or 163 rails, a track, and chopping the tunnel? Or is there more to it? I have found lots of info saying the 155 and 163 are easily interchangeable, but cant find much about making a 174 shorter. Any info is appreciated

The 174 is different, because the rear suspension brackets are slid back 3 3/4 inches, but TRS(Tony)has a long front arm and rails that will work in your 174 setup. You can choose 155 or 162/163 set up. The set up works amazing!!!

Thank you. This might be a dumb question, but is the point of the longer front arm just to be able to use the stock skid mounting locations?

There are two options. You can set it up the same as a 174 with TRS 155 rails or you can purchase a long arm to replace your stock 174 front torque arm.
Pic is long arm version.
The forward hole would be the front 174 stock torque arm location.
