This is a running chap motor with clutch and carbs ready for a vintage buggy, I'd like to get $100 for it.

Unrealistic price. try 125.00 to 200.00 depending upon condition. These were used in other machines also including some Rupps.They were even found in some two seater jet boats. It is an Xenoah mfg motor.
