Hello All! If you know anyone who has owned or currently owns a cabin in Timber Lakes years ago to present will you please share this information with them? This would be horrible if this access was terminated for Owners/Family/Friends!
"Dear Owners,
As some of you may have heard, the Association has been sued by several land owners regarding our easement for snowmobiling from the Association to the Forest Service Land. They are attempting to use the court to block our snowmobile route. This is not the church property. Rather, it is the property owners between the church property and the Forest Service Land. We are committed to defending our prescriptive easement and our right to snowmobile. We have used this route since the 1970s, and we will defend our easement rights.
In order to help our case, we are searching for Owners, prior Owners, or guests of Owners who are long-time Timber Lakes snowmobilers as potential witnesses to support our case. If you snowmobiled in Timber Lakes in the 70s, 80s, or 90s, or know somebody who did, and would be willing to help us defend our easement rights, please let us know. We will then reach out to you to discuss your history. This is incredibly important, and we are asking for your help.
If you did snowmobile in the 70s, 80s, or 90s, or know somebody who did, please let us know.
You may email us at Office@TimberLakesUtah.com.
Thanks,
TLPOA"
