these work on the 09 and older dodges (i know this for sure) and I THINK the gm 8 bolt wheels too. this kit is brand new and is complete with 34 (2 extra) nuts and 4 chrome valve stems. as you can see in the pics they are the "open ended" nuts to be used with wheels that uses a large center cap to cover up the holes in the middle of the wheel. they have never been threaded on to a wheel stud, valve stems have never been in a wheel.
