If the original Polaris wheels used the 6004 (20mm ID) bearing, then yes.

Like Schu said, get them clear powdecoated for 40 bucks and the snow doesn't stick. My 8" cat wheels did fold up after a few seasons. Probably better things to spend 300 bucks on, but I really like the bling factor and look of my sled with the 9" billets.
