Best way to straighten rails?

The bottom side is a curve so not sure if they can use a press to straighten that part. I suppose you could cut it straight but you would lose some length off the end.

I would say it would be more work then it is worth

i have bent them straight in a press and had no trouble with future bending/breaking. BUT.....if you are worried get a set of ice age rails they are nice.

Ive straightened Apex rails but that was because I bent them jumping. I just put them back to stock and then added a couple extra cross shafts. Worked fine. I dont think I would take a normal rail and try to take the "tip up" out of it. Eric
