On my old 09' 154 I had this setup and it worked well for me at tog or cooke. I ran stock secondary spring, 43/47 helix. Primary was 415 ramps, 160/320 or 160/290 spring(I tried both and don't remember where I settled on. I'm thinking it was a 160/290) stock threaded pins (which I think I remember we're the short pins, flush with the arms). with 10mm set screw. It's also helpful to shim your needle .020 to help with the mid range. Also I ran 20/45 gearing.
The 415's make it revvy on the bottom, which I like for quick rpm's when going off drops. Some like it, some don't. It did kind of seem to loose that rip your arms out feeling with them but not too noticeable and the steeper profile on the finish helps keep r's and track speed on turn out was around 34-35mph . Anyway, this was my setup, kept the clutches cool and never blew belts.
Keep in my this is what "I" liked. If blowing everyone's doors off in a drag race is your thing, this might not work for you. But it did perform well climbing and in the deep stuff.
Btw, I'm about 230 with gear.
