Bent Upper A-Arm Mount Repair?

Taking the front suspension off for a color change and after pulling the shocks off, noticed the right side easily moved up and down while the left side had a little stiction when all the way up.

After pulling the A-arms off, noticed the upper left front A-arm mount is bent down. Can I somehow bend this back up? Or is this major sled surgery replacing the front bulkhead?

I haven't had one of these new ones apart, but if there is a way to pull up on the outside the same time you are pushing out on the lower part of the bend on the inside, it should come right out. A flat bar with some type of hook for the bracket and the bottom of it on the inside pushing out as you pull on it. I would try to bond a reinforcing plate to the inside once I was done. Whats the stuff polaris puts there sleds together with? Lords 2000 maybe.

Easy fix. Bdx front end, once they finally are available. I don't think it would hurt to try to straighten in it either.

Instead of replacing the front bulkhead or trying to pull the aluminum structure back into place, here's the fix I came up with...

By design, the front left suspension mount pad is resessed but should be vertical instead of pushed in at the bottom

Figured out how much material it took to get the suspension mount block vertical again. Welcome to the SaberShim

Drilled two holes in the SaberShim and set it in place. Note - The screws actual protrude horizontally when the block is mounted in place (next photo)

With the front mount back in location, the A-arm lined up nicely and the stiction in the front suspension movement is gone

Has anybody seen one of the front upper mounts cracked??
My left front one is Cracked dead center only on one side almost like it got broke at the factory during instaalion

Mine broke after I tweaked a a-arm and broke a tie rod
