2016 Clutching for high elevation - 9000 to 11000

Setup I rode today. 16 cat. 20/49 gearing in chaincase, SW 125/340 primary spring with glide washer and spring adapter. 180/270 SW secondary spring. Mds weights unloaded. 083 belt. Pulled hard, way better backshift after riding this setup today, I can tell my stock secondary spring was sacking out ride before. Over revving at 10k ft at snowys, 8200-8300rpm, 34-38mph track speed loading it in pow. Great pow and base today, very consistent. At this elevation 10kft Id probably load the mds next time with lightest screw in the tip and no washers. Was way over rev at 8000-9000ft. Thing is at 11500ft where I ride in N Colorado it always cant pull anywhere near as hard as snowies. Unloaded mds in CO with this setup might be perfect but will see when I ride there again. My sled ran bad there 2 weeks ago. Combo of sugar snow, 43 helix, sacked stock sec spring, and 1500ft increase in elevation. Was running 20T top that ride too.

Were you using the same helix, 43?

Sorry thought I had all info in there. Was running 40deg helix today for first time.
