Question for you guys. 13' and 14' PC with low elevation clutch kit, all stock with 200 miles.

Both were going downhill this weekend and blipped the throttle to come off a pillow and both sleds blew belts seconds apart. The belt "snapped" in half, no pulled cords. Almost like the primary shifted out but the secondary stuck and did not, which stretched the belt apart.

Is this a setup problem in the secondary in regards to the spring/helix? What are some remedies to cure this? Softer spring? Steeper helix? I've heard chatter about the clutch sheaves not being fulling aligned and "binding" from time to time and I believe someone said there was a fix to this. Just exploring options here.
