09XP Ski to spindle bushing

I am wondering what is missing where my ski attaches to the spindle. I have a 10 mm bolt with bushing, but it is very loose in the spindle. Do anyone know what else should be in here? Thanks

There are 2 bushings that get pressed into the spindle from either side that take up the slop you have. Over time they bust up and disintegrate and end up with what you have. Its another bad design in a line of many. They just need one bushing in the spindle and not the 3 they have now.

Get the spindle bushing from Toms Snowmobile....no more problems, allows you to center the ski on the spindle and no lube required. About the same price as buying all new Doo parts.

They are oilite bushings and can get them at most local hardware stores for 1/2 of the dealer.
