I have a 2009 cat m1000 sno pro that lost the crank. The exhaust side piston has about a quarter inch movement up and down. The pistons, cylinders, head etc are all in great shape. The sled has updates performed at cpc (heat shield for oil tank, front a arm stiffners, etc) The sled has 2000 total miles on it and i have owned it since day 1. Bought new in march of 09. The sled is 1000 percent complete. I was thinking about parting it out but before i do that, i want to see if anyone wants it as is. You can get a complete long block for aprox 2000 or you could repair this engine for 1200 to 1500. Even if you put a new engine in it, you would have a 09 sno pro m1000 with a new motor for 6000 bucks plus all the extras. The diamond drive has been taken apart and serviced EVERY 400 miles and has the bigger bearing installed. Both the clutches were cleaned and inspected by Dale Cutler (cpc) 50 miles ago and got a clean bill of health. The primary clutch has the cpc adjustable weights and the secondary has the cpc torsional conversion. The motor is ALL stock and has NEVER been modified except for the speedwerx tunnel dump can. The running boards have the fastlane no sno running boards with the edges. The side panels have CPC side vents installed. The sled has the AMP gauge cage. The steering post has the bdx anti slop upgrade. The sled has bdx vented headlight delete kit installed. I installed a factory hcr tether on it when it was new. It is the 162 track. Has BOSS seat. Has the factory fox floats all the way around. Black front bumper installed instead of the white factory 09 because of how dirty the white one got. ALL stock parts are available including headlights. It has been a great sled, i'm just ready to be out of the sport for the time being. I will have pics up very soon. NO cracks in hood or tunnel or anything like that. This really could be a great sled for someone who wants to stuff a motor in it or a crank. This thing has never even grenaded a belt. I am anal about checking everything after every ride and anytime a belt showed ANY signs of wear, i would replace it. This suspension never went more than 2 rides without getting greased. Its been my baby but i just have other things i want to invest money into and at the time, snowmobiling is not one of them. I am located in orem utah. please call or text me 253 232 2663 with any questions.

Here are some pics. The one of the spare belt was my lame attempt to capture a picture of the cpc torsional secondary. It is in my shop due to finding out what was wrong with it but it usually is stored in an enclosed trailer under a cover.
