Default Assault RMK boards

Alright so I know this is kind of a stretch but a buddy of mine is picking up an 09 assault RMK and looking to do new boards for better snow evacuation. I have a couple sets of take off Pro-chassis and axys chassis running boards laying around...anyone ever try and mount them on an iq chassis?? May be far to much work but I figure It may be do-able...but just checking here first!
