Who was that skier Dude in the sled video?

Anybody remember that dude in the "snowmobile instructional " video last year? I think he was some skier from Utah or somewhere.
He was "instructing " how to be cool on your sled and where to ride and such?

I remember that. I don't know who the guy is but it was a pretty funny video. I think he might have been from B.C.

I cant seem to find the vid but it is super funny....His name is "ralphie'. He is so awesome people drive by and yell "Hey ralphie"! Im going to search more. somebody has got to have it
