Looks like only a limited number of sno pros available this season.

Just SP this year, next year there will be some more options. I think you can get a base M8000 for about the same price and have more sled.

you can bet there will be a base m6000 coming. Not everyone wants all the bells and whistles.. especially since some guys swap out all the shocks and ditch the telescoping riser anyway.

Here we go again with why the 800 is so much better than the 600.

Default m6000

im liking the idea of a lighter feeling sled in the m6000
mostly the front end getting a lighter feel than an m8
hope its got it.

I have owned both sleds (past models M7-162, M6-141, M8-153HO), and I can say when looking at a 153 length I understand the rationale of picking the 8, esp at elevation. I would love to see a M6000 141, I think that motor will be a winner Turning a short track 2.25 PC in the Yoop. I suppose now Cat would call that sled a XF6000 high country, here's to more options in 2015!

Its hard to compare the old zuk 600 to the cat 6000. Ive ridden the race 600 (which the 6000 is based off) and the zuk 600 and there is honestly a world of difference. It has so much more pep and snappy compared to the old 600. I havent ridden the new 6000 yet but I know quite a few guys that have and they cant believe how good that motor is. That being said... up in elevation will be a different story but I agree the 141 6000 would most likely be a hit, especially in the high country set up. We shall see

I bet the new 600 will equal the power of the ol'e 700 and the new 800 will equal the ol'e 900, just a gut feeling, but may be an 850 if speculation is right? I am sure Polaris and Skidoo are watching for this and have their own counter measures for next yr.
