Dealership recommendation?

MN folks have a dealer they'd recommend, sort of close to me? One close to my house (White Bear) is 1-2 weeks out before someone could pull the codes for me or even look at it. Is that normal turn around for having the codes pulled? I was thinking more O'Reilly auto parts where they can pull the codes in the parking lot . I have a thread in the Pro-Ride section with a 2011 with 2012 motor bogging...
