Why not just get the mountain addiction can and the rails? Way cheaper isnt it? Wasnt the rack alone for the aro like 150?

Im meaning a whole new designed fuel can that will tuck under the rear fender and clear the exhaust ,even with the TSS movement ,similiar to the Yeti fuel can .We all know that further forward weight placement is the key for better handleing

My two 1.3 gallon mountain addiction cans on rails are tucked as far forward as you can go and don't hit at full compression. Seems like timbersled would have made more money if they would have released all this stuff at the same time as the kit. Most guys I've seen on new aro's have already taken different routes with fuel cans and wheel kits.

It looks like they are NOT offering a fuel can. At least for now. And he shows a Mountain addiction style can in the video. So if you like the mount, use it and the can of choice that fits. It is a bit over engineered for me, might use something else.:face-icon-small-coo

The Polaris sled guys don't even bother complaining about fuel jugs anymore , they've been using the same containers TS sports since like the 90's .
But than again I was also thinking that maybe they will actually come out with a fuel cell and do something that could be used in multiple applications , NOT .

Any interest in selling this tuff jug mounting plate or offering up measurements? This is the cleanest storage solution I have seen. Has me thinking of returning my unused MA can.
Also, what did you do for mounting points? Weld to the top of the tunnel?
2 stainless rivets at the back.
Drilled holes and large zip tyes at the front.
Mostly the can holds the plate down.

cbc, we need better pics. do you think the rotopax 2.5 will fit on the tunnel of the aro? or do we need to stay with the 2.0 gal size? did you just use the standard round backing plate on the tunnel bottom? how wide is the tunnel top on the Aro? Ski

The ARO fits it perfectly, I added some photos of the old SX120 I have - 10.5 inch width and you can see it over hangs a tad.
Not sure about the 2.5 gallon, but the dimensions are likely easy to find and figure out what you can get away with
