island park vs west yellowstone

Is it worth driving the extra distance to sled west yellowstone or is island park just as good, or maybe, better? let me know.

I also prefer IP, you can ride the same stuff from both places. only 20 miles apart.

IP all the way.

We prefer IP beacause there less crowds and the accomodations are much nicer.

I just got back from a week in West, and pretty much all of our riding was in IP or south to Bishop. We did make it out to Elk Lake one day.

I like IP better because you hardly every see anybody else. Always find good spots. And always finding new areas

Dito on the IP area. Stop in at IP Lodge and say HI to Shaun or Shotgun and say HI to Wheezie! Trout Hunter is a great place too! :beer;
