I have an 05 standard M7, and I was thinking of picking up these parts. Any reason why I would not be able to make new bushings and adapt this skid and shocks for my sled?

I know that stock shocks are 17.5, so what is another 1/2 inch really going to do? Also I know I would need cat bushing, which I dont think would be to hard to find.

I searched quickly and do not know if polaris runs 16" tracks or tunnels? I thought just skidoo did, these seem fairly reasonable if I can adapt them to my sled. My sled is torn down the the bulkhead, getting ready for powedercoat. I do have a VE rear half I am installing so I can change suspension mounts if I need too.....
I am working on getting measurement from the owner, but does anyone on here know the dimensions of the polaris skid. Specifically for all the mounting point. width of front mount and back mount, length center - center between the two mounts etc....
