I currently have a Hps can but looking to switch to a tss tunnel dump. Any pros or cons ? Which is louder?

Tunnel dump has a very unique sound. Little loud when skis are up.
Only con drilling a hole in your tunnel but not a big deal.

Did not seem to be. None of the add any power 1-3 hp max some lose a little

One thing I noticed on Tunnel Dump was a WHOLE LOT MORE WATER generated.

For me, that meant ICE BUILDUP on some of my fancy aluminum wheels...

LOVED the sound personally, but the ice caused me some issued with the big beautiful aftermarket wheels.
