SNOWEST SLED BUILD of the YEAR 2016 TMS 872!

Made it out today on the updated 872 in my 16 T3 174. Gotta say the updates and new Y-Pipe are noticeable over past versions.
It felt real snappy, clean, crisp, and lots and lots of torque.
Sled kept getting stronger as the day went on, and never missed a beat.

Great job Dave!

The folks at Snowest should have fun sled this year.

Thanks for the updates on the 872 build that you updated over to your new 2016 174. Very easy to see and feel the changes that we continue to update our 872 product line with. Yes more bottom end and midrange power for sure along with better throttle response and even more on top end. What you are finding is exactly what the results on our SuperFlow 901 showed along with our late season testing this spring.

Yes the test crew and selected riders are going to have a huge smile with the new 872 build in progress. Much more to come soon on this SnoWest 2016 project soon!

SnoWest 2016 Sled build 872TMS

Updates for the SW project Sled build .

Sled is headed for the Boise Show that happens over this weekend, then will get the trip to the Crew at Star Valley Ski Doo in Thayne Wyoming to get the Complete 872 TMS kit installed with Delmars personal clutching package. A new video of the install will be coming also. The crew at Star Valley have been installing, testing, riding and racing our Etec Big Bore package since 2011!

Got roughly 80 miles on the 16 T3 872 174. Motor just keeps getting stronger and stronger, the updates are definitely noticeable over last year. LOTS more bottom end torque and response. Very strong through the powerband.

The past couple years versions of the 872 are nothing to scoff at, just that the updates are worth doing.

Sounds like you have discovered the updates we have done to our TMS 872 packages! The updates were applied to a select few of our RMSHA Hillclimb sleds last season with great results and many hours on our in house SuperFlow 901 engine dyno facility before being advanced to the consumer 872 builds.

This vehicle was setup with the supplied airfilter setup as installed, Parameters were changed around to make it work with our pumped up 872 engine package, interesting setup but warm air intake not to friendly with sensors. There will be many rider reviews and photos coming soon on this amazing performing project sled.

Hood and air intake system has been removed and is using stock system which works much better with the TMS 872 build. Just returned after spending a few days personally on this vehicle and it runs extremely well as expected and will be posting a great video soon, Star Valleys Ski Doo Nate Suter in Photo.

During the video they changed to another brand along with a few HP loss for a little noise, The only silencer we use and is on the SnoWest TMS 872 vehicle is Diamond S Quiet version.
