2007 rmk 600 trouble starting

Sled ran good last wk! Took it to have
The tunnel painted so I'm sure it was turned
On it's side but now the sled won't start
Unless I hold the throttle full open. It will
Run then and once I let off the throttle
It dies. What could it be a flote stuck open?
Need some feedback

I would say floats. Maybe give the sled a violent wobble to see if that will dislodge the needles.

If the floats were stuck open you would have gas leaking all over. It sounds like a throttle override switch in the throttle lever.

Sounds like Throttle Cable got hooked on something.. Not returning to closed..

Check the route of cable.. you will find ur problem

You also may have the choke cables pull out and not seeded properly. Or stuck choke plungers

Did you scrape off where clutch cover mounts... Needs to make ground there...

CDI ... is looking for a ground maybe..
