Just what the title says! One screw in each rim to hold the center cap on but the screws are siezed in the rims.

Dip the Screwdriver tip.. in to Valve Grinding Compond..
Works well..
I would spary and spary and let soak a couple days..
They may break... You wouldn't know till you try..
