the bolts are tight but there's still a 5thou gap behind the big fender washer. can't find the link to an old thread about this . think it said to shorten axle but not sure,put an extra washer on one side but it didn't help. To adjust track last night i didn't have to loosen axle bolts just tightened tension bolts made for quick work on the hill but not right . thanks for any ideas. 2010 m8 sp

You need to machine the axle down so that the nuts/bolts actually clamp on the rails/plastic spacers. I think i took .06 or .07 off of mine. I referenced a BDX two wheel kit axle, and machined it down to that measurement.

thats what i thought thanks for the conformation . can't be having the track skip while under boost and a climb,bad things happen.
