We have been proud to offer the very best in lighting equipment for us snowbikers and single ski riders for well over 10 years now.
We know that not everyone wants to shred at night and are after a less expensive but still good solution to getting off the mountain or to be legal while riding.

We are happy to offer a light setup that we feel fits that bill well.
It is a mini light bar that can be powered by the bike. It is very small and out of the way, uses go pro style mounts (included)

The light comes with the applicable wire harness for your bike,a handle bar mounted switch and 4 power levels, including a alert feature, pulls 20 watts and produces 2400 lumens (worthless info if you have been following us for any length of time)

I was able to see this firsthand in the shop and I was pretty shocked at how light and compact it is, especially for the huge light output. I have run the 630 and 310 penetrator light bars, this thing feels featherweight in comparison.I am getting one for my YZ450F. I will post comparison photos once I get it mounted

Whats the light output like in comparison to the 630 & 310?

What about vs. a stock headlight?

Awesome

Cyclops makes a quality product. I broke both wrap around handguards completely off last winter and the cyclops and mount held up.

Thank you In output its not even close to the 630. slightly down from the 325 but not by alot.. In terms or ruggedness the Penetrators are far more rugged.

compared to a stock headlight with a stock bulb, say KTM 500 this light will beat it by a long shot.

Ill work on getting some beam shots asap

Thank you. This light seems ideal for our needs. Will likely be ordering a few in the next couple months.

whats needed is a relay which will automatically shut of a DC light when motor stops to prevent battery drainage.the same relay could also be used to kill handwarmers when motor is off?

Thats pretty simple to accomplish,On some bikes a source for switched power is a challenge. I have found most don't want the extra wire and bulk, we often pull power for grips from a different location than for the light, It really depends on the bike, the customers wants and what products are being used.. Of course on bikes with no battery there is no need.
Ill look into what we could offer as a kit.

great news, A simple relay is needed on the newer KTM,s then user can hookup light and handwarmers, A 2 pole switched wood be best for simplicity. Thankyou

Hey Byeats, You asked and we are responding.. We should have the relayed setup ready for the E start KTMs and Huskies right after Thanksgiving. New E start YZ450 not to far behind that

Nice and tidy.

I really like the way the guys at HMK setup their Explorer snowbike light.. clean and out of the way.. the Go pro style mount allows many different ideas in mounting position. Here they made a small platform to support the mount to the upper Triple clamp.
We are also working on a minimal tail light solution to complement this light.

Got to try out the new Explorer light bar and Racer LED helmet light... quite impressed!~! For how small and light the Explorer is, it is almost unbelievable how much light it puts out. The lighted handlebar switch and intensity adjustment is a really nice touch as well. The wiring harness plugged into the YZ450F in about 10 minutes. It took the longest just to get my tools out and seat off. Nice sealed connectors and rubber buttons on the switch. My 17 YZ450F had no problem running it on HI all night.
The Racer LED helmet light was really well designed in the way it mounts to the helmet, with a quickly attaching strap that goes on the side instead of the top (out of the way of branches swiping at it!) The batteries lasted our whole ride without a hiccup, about 4hrs. Having a really bright light that points where you look, especially when you are off the bike, is extremely nice!! Couldn't be happier with everything. Their shipping is almost light-speed as well. I got my order the 2nd day after placing it.

All the light shining in these photos was from the Cyclops lights, no camera flash

Will this new relay setup integrate with the 310 light kit I just purchased from you guys? Be nice if it did, anything to prevent a dead battery would be wise!
