I know this is for zx chassis but i'm toying with a s chassis. 98 summit x 670, going with 151 2" track, want to drop and roll chain case. Looking for dimensions etc. Can anyone help?

I think SLP sells the templates, something like $45, but it only went like 10mm down and 11mm back!
talked to SLP, no luck, they have nothing. Does anyone know of any other avenues? Thanks

you could also copy someone's 02/03, they came from the factory with a d&r over the earlier chassis, but do fit.

Scroll down to Page 283. They make one for the ZX still that you could easily modify to fit the S chassis bulkhead as a template to mark the holes. Its a small drop and roll, but you could easily mark the holes where you wanted on the template for better positioning on the bulkhead and so that you get more drop and roll. You will have to make sure the chaincase center to center is the same or modify it with your c to c.

I was thinking of doing this to my zx.
Just a question on how well did this work and what problems did you have. Were you happy with the out come or not just trying to dicide if it is worth it or not.

Check with Thunderguy on these forums, think he had s-chassis D&R's or plates for them.
