Rotax swap?

Has anyone here ever swapped in a Series 3 Rotax into a IQR chassis?

Im thinking something based off a 600HO or 700 bottom end along the lines of a ported 700 or RKtek 734 or possibly a 770?

My only real concern is the airbox and single pipe that would be nice to get to fit into a OEM muffler due to stupid laws around here.
