What effect does ethanol fuel have on 2 stroke turbo sleds?

I was wondering about the effect that ethanol has on turbo'd sleds? or on any modified sled. I use to run chevron premium but now the only place I can find with no ethanol is either phillips 66 or tesoro. Is there any performance loss or risk of burning things up running ethanol?... I'm installing a pump gas turbo kit on my 08 rmk 700 and dont want to mess things up...

I ran my turbo on e85 for a while last winter. No ill effects that I found other than worse mileage. I realize your most likely talking about the 10% ethanol that is the norm for "pump gas" now. I ran premo 92 octane with 10% ethanol as well and it worked fine.

I ran premium at 7psi boost at 8-10k for elevation
and e85 at 7psi at 1000ft and 9psi at 8-10k
