i dont have any actualy dyno number but here what i found

860 - stock single pipe, no ther mods = 165hpish
860 - twins, no other mods = 175hpish

obviously if you have bondi box, reeds, a pipe(s), etc the number will move a little.

jaws told me with there big bore kit and pipes it is a honest 20hp

ALL dyno sheets we have are from customers or other perf shops that dyno the engine..NONE our from any engines we have ,personally, had dyno'd.

860 (XP) 178-183HP
860 (Rev) 178-185HP

Personally, I would not worry too much about the dyno number and focus more on how it performs on the snow..

Set-Up is a big player in how it runs on the snow..

What does one have to purchase, if anything (other than your 860 Kit) to obtain those numbers?

The 860 is only for the 800R engine..

In 2007 they made a Rev Chassis Summit 800R.. I have 2 of these..great sled..

DD.. ALL dyno sheets that I have are with 100% stock sled with the RKT 860.. There are some power enhancers that can add a few more ponies....

do you actually have a dyno sheet one could look at, i just find it hard to belive between 60 extra cc's, head, and some porting with a stock pipe u can get 180ish. from what i hear stock sled relistically dynos in around 147hpish

lol or better yet, you can come to canada for a ride to prove me wrong?

Hey Kelsey-Haven't heard much from you this winter. I always like checking in on DooTalk to see what you have been working on. Jeff H. in Devils Lake did a good job on assembling my 860 that I bought from you. It runs perfect, all it needed was a little tweaking to the clutching (Thanks Winterbrew). Too bad it was such a low snow year otherwise I would get one more trip on it.

Like Kelsey said, dyno numbers are one thing-what really matters is having the whole system tuned right, jetting and clutching.

860 hp numbers

I have an 860 kit as well as my buddy. I wont say whose kit we have and we have not had them dynoed, but from what dyno sheets i have seen for a stock sled show 146-151 hp. If i was to estimate the hp on our 860s i would say 140. These are the most pathetic sleds ive seen. We get smoked by stock sleds everywhere. If you want ur sled to run like an 860 take 2000.00 and burn it or throw it out the window and that will get u an 860!

IMO I dont think one exists. I have also personally seen a Trygstad 860 running 50 50 race fuel and still not better than stock. Mike at cpi pipes got suckered into the 860 scam and on his dyno has seen 160hp. With a stock sled with his pipe he gets 158 on the dyno. He did build a custom pipe for his 860 and got it to 175hp. Most 860 kit builders say stock pipe works well? I just havent seen the gains of the 860. 4 different sleds 2 diff kits and stock performance.

X2. After spending 3K on an 860 I was getting smoked by stockers as well. So then I would jump on their sleds and shoot over the hill I couldn't get up with my own sled. Tried many different clutching combos and cans. Last year was a long year....

And if my post gets deleted I'll spill the beans on who builds this kit and has crappy customer service....
