95* while your riding it?

A good rule of thumb is to let your sled warm up to 100* before you start riding it, then normal operating temp in good snow is about 110*.

It should not be operating at 95*. sounds like your thermostat is either missing (never installed), or stuck open.

In good snow, mine will also run at 95. The 18 thermostat opens sooner.

The 16/17 stat is 125*. The sleds run 125-126 almost ALL the time.

The 18 state is 110*. Operating 15* below the stat temp sounds like a problem to me.

I dont have an 18 so i'm curious to see what other are seeing for temps.

Buddies 18 SKS 155 runs 95-105.
He has seen higher temps a few times on hardback but thats usually where it's running.
