I have bad lower A arms (both sides), fenders, the nose piece and the bumper on my 08 D7. I aslo have a 05 900 that I'm parting out. Will the arms and plastics swap over? Thanks in advance.

Plastics will swap over and A-Arms will too, but the 05 lower A-Arm is longer and the, top A-Arm is shaped different too, so it will change your steering geometry a little if you use the 05 Arms.

Can I just replace the two lower arms alone and not mess with the top ones? I'm thinking not since you've mentionrd that it is a bit longer, but thought i'd ask to make sure. If i do have to change all the arms, steering will be worse? If it's going to affect to some significant degree, then I'd probably just buy the correct ones for the D7.

you can just stick the lowers on there. Not sure how much it will affect steering. Might not change it much at all. You skis won't set exactly flat on the snow, but this is how all the 05 900's with Holz spindles were too. I rode mine for 5 years like that and it never bothered me any. Stick them on and try it, you can always get they other ones later.

There should be plenty of adjustment on your upper spindle bolt to plumb up any tilt to the spindle... They are SLIGHTLY different, but once you get it adjusted nicely, I doubt you would notice any difference.

Where the Buffalo roam
X 3 With the adjustments you should be fine, as well when you set spindle caster it should be negative biased (in on the top) so that an alighnment rod is below the other spindle's ski mount bolt hole!! Not sure of the exact amount but it is in manual 2.5" I believe.

Here is a side by side picture (black one is slightly bent). They are almost identical and I can't tell the difference...even had a tape measure out too and still can't tell. In any case, thank you for all your help guys!

someone may have switched the arms to 06 ones and then they would be pretty much identical.
