I am having a few issues while installing my Aerocharger kit.

1. What do you do about the belt dust?
2. How do you change a belt? I can barely install the belt with the turbo out of the way.

Belt dust will go away after break in. I don't have a turbo but I pull my can off just for extra work space. I think these belts hold up really well just keep the correct tension on it. Can you get to the tensioner screw with your turbo in?

Yes you can get to the tensioner pulley bolt, as well as the tensioner. I just cant get the cover off with removing the turbo.
thats how it goes, you have to at least partially remove the turbo assembly to swap belts. We have clamped prefilters over the turbo screen to help keep the blue dust out of the turbo otherwise they suck it up like nuts which is not ideal.
