what is everyone using for orings for the heads? ive blown 4 already and im not turned up on boost at all running bout 6 pounds max. using stock polaris orings

what machine is this on? i've ran nothing but stock and have never blown a set running boost levels from 12-15lbs

its on a 07 dragon 700, it keeps burning a little tiny spot in the mag side inner oring, the last time it put a small small hole in the one side, not sure why it keeps doing it, and the darn track keeps ratcheting, i dont have anti ratchets YET

Sounds like a warped head or smth. Have you tried to stretched the track without getting the track to tense^^

crazy im having the same exact problem also pto side had both surfaces cut 1 thou still not working only at 7 pounds just ordered a set of arp studs will see, very frustrating 5 dollar problem
I just recently overhauled a 685 that would slide a 0.007" feeler gauge under a straight edge with ease.
