Dual EGT placement on Axys Turbo?

Installing KOSO EGT's on my turbo axys. Has anyone done this and where did you put the probes? I'm looking at it and there is limited space where I would typically mount them in the Y pipe.

I put mine on the bottom of the y-pipe. I measured from the gasket forward 2 1/4 of an inch and centered them in each pipe.

That's what I was thinking. There is no room on the top of the Y-pipe. Thanks!
