Well, as many people know (and rode) my BMP (Bikeman Performance) stage 3 & 4 build it was a great runner for the last couple years. With most of the parts already bought and on the sled I went for the next step, the 860 Big Bore this season.
I rode the stage build sled all over Upper Michigan and out west with zero issues except for the throttle position sensor and cheap china relays. This sled put a smile on my face every time compared to my stocker. I almost didn't do the 860, but I couldn't help myself. I honestly didn't think there would be as much difference over the stage 4, but Wow. So after riding around the U.P I'm getting ready to head out west to Montana and ID. Im running the low elevation head (domes) now and will change them out before going. Anyone on here have their 860 out west? Just wondering what your pulling for weights. I cant believe how much more it pulls here at sea level over the stage kit. The extra CC's, porting, exhaust valve mods and programming are impressive!
