Planning trip out West - Where to go?!? Need Help, 1st timer!

Good afternoon everyone,

I am seeking a little advice from you guys on where to go and stay for a week?? There is a group of 6-7 of us wanting to make the trip out west to do some mountain riding. We would need to rent sleds and would prefer a lodge/bar atmosphere. Also would be in need of a guide (think this is our best bet or just wing it?) We are all very experienced riders from Michigan/Ohio however this would be our first time going further than Wisconsin. Any help would be appreciated, no set destination so far just seeing whats out there.
