What is the problem with the site? You have a crappy host?

I'm not the techy. Still trying to figure it out. Sucks i can't get a good answer from anybody (ie host, software)
from the error message it looks like the something has gone missing or corrupted in this directory
/home/content/s/l/e/sledskiing/html/SledMods/forum/Sources/Load.php
that or the database size may need to be increased..
