2 are confirmed dead from an avalanche and 2 more from a rear end accident on christmas eve..Lets be careful out there...With due diligence, these accidents can be avoided.:

Where was the avy?
read the thread "not a Good Ending" about the two canadian avy deaths. We also lost two more sledders in avies in Utah before and on Christmas Day. read abou it on the Utah forums. We lost 6 so far to avy's in Washington in December and the Avy forcast is still high due to new snow and weak layers buried deep under the surface.
