I usually ride sleds in snowies but none of my sledding buddies like to snowboard. I have been wanting to check out VP for a couple of years...I have a rack for my sled to hold two snowboards and I carry all backcountry safety gear. I'm looking to maybe hook up with a few people for safety sake since I don't want to go out with only one sled. Is is usually pretty easy to meet groups heading out in the parking area? I would be good to go anytime next next week or sat./sun. throughout the year.
