The C-Tec2 engine has new Arctic Power Valve exhaust valves which feature three-stage control of all exhaust ports. This equates to a stronger and smoother low- and mid-range power distribution.
The C-Tec2 engine features 50mm throttle bodies instead of the 46mm found on last year’s models. There are also single spark plugs rather than the dual plugs found on each cylinder last year.
The M Series features the Team Rapid Response II drive clutch and Team Rapid Reaction Boss driven clutch.
